Refunds and cancellation

Short version: cancel whenever you like, in two clicks, and ask us for a refund if the app was not what you expected. We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck.

The free trial

Every subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends you are not charged at all. You do not need to contact us and you do not need a reason.

Cancelling

Go to the account page and open the subscription panel, which takes you to Paddle’s customer portal. Cancel there and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then rather than losing it immediately.

Cancelling does not delete your data. Your plan and history stay in your browser and the app keeps working; you simply stop being shown new sessions. The daily check-in stays free regardless, so a lapsed subscription never blocks you from recording how you feel.

Refunds

If you are within 14 days of a charge and the app was not what you expected, write to us and we will refund it. No argument and no form to fill in.

Beyond 14 days we will still look at it — a renewal you did not intend, or a charge after a long period of not using the app, is exactly the sort of thing we would rather put right than keep.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, back to the original payment method. They usually take a few business days to appear.

If the app told you to see a clinician

The screening and the movement assessment can conclude that this is not the right tool for you. In that case we do not sell you a subscription in the first place — and if you had already paid when it happened, tell us and we will refund it.
