These terms cover your use of Zinde at getzinde.com. By using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

What this is, and what it is not

Zinde is a strength and conditioning tool. It provides general fitness education about progressive loading, structured as a staged program whose difficulty adjusts to the effort and discomfort you report each day — the same autoregulation any strength program uses.

It is not medical advice, not treatment, and not a medical device. It is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, prediction, prognosis or treatment of any disease or injury. It cannot examine you. It does not know what is wrong with you — it knows what you typed into it, and it is not qualified to interpret that.

If you have an injury, the right first step is a physiotherapist or doctor, not this app. Nothing here is a substitute for that assessment, and you confirm you understand this before a program is built.

Always seek proper care if your symptoms are getting worse, are not improving, do not match what is described in the app, or if anything about them worries you. The app itself will tell you to do this in several situations, and you should believe it when it does.

Use it sensibly

Exercise carries risk. You are responsible for deciding whether any activity is appropriate for you, and for stopping if something hurts in a way the app has not described. In particular:

• Do not use the app if you are under 18. It will refuse to build you a program anyway.
• Answer the screening questions honestly — they exist to route you away from a program that would be wrong for you.
• Stop and get assessed if the app says so.
• If you have a condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery, speak to a clinician before starting.

Your account and your data

An account is optional and exists to hold a subscription. Your plan and your history stay in your browser — see the privacy policy, which is short because there is not much to say.

Because your history is stored on your device, it is your responsibility to keep a copy if it matters to you. The account page will save one as a file. We cannot recover it for you: we do not have it.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Your contract for the purchase is with Paddle, and their terms apply to the transaction; these terms cover your use of the app itself.

Prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy.

Some parts of the app are permanently free and will not be put behind payment: the intake, the screening result, the movement assessment and what it found, and the daily check-in.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not resell or redistribute the program content as your own.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of it, from exercises you choose to perform, or from any decision you make in reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending it

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend access in the case of misuse or non-payment.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so in the app rather than relying on you to re-read this page.

Who you are dealing with
